Richard Evans (1976-) was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He created the comicbook superheroes the Canadian Legion over ten years ago. He published his first anthology book WHITE ZOMBIE in 2012. His debut novel EARTH MAN landed on April 1st, 2013. In 2014, under the alias Raven Heisenberg, Richard won the 2014 Top Cow Talent Search for writing. The story was published by Top Cow as Artifacts #39.

Member of the Horror Writer's Association since 2015.
